Benefit for Buckeye Forest Council (BFC)
BFC Board Member and all around super woman, Donna Carver, is known far and wide for wearing high heels -- everywhere. Including when she is taking on Big Oil and Gas bullies and stomping through fields to photograph leaking toxic waste wells threatening to pollute Ohio's drinking water and harm her community.
Donna, became interested in environmental issues when her son was diagnosed with autism in 1998. She is the past President of Central Ohio Chapter of Autism Society of America, and past State Representative of Unlocking Autism. She is now dedicated to reducing chemicals in the environment.
Donna will be climbing a tree, yes in high heels, to raise money to benefit BFC so we may continue our work to protect Ohio's native forests and their inhabitants. We address the broader threats to climate, ecological and human health from dirty energy.
Please make a donation to help Donna reach her goal of $7,500 and be able to come down from her perch.

Thank you for leading this important effort to protect the public health, those of us who are concerned and for those who unknowingly are tools of the industry!

We are deeply grateful to the Buckeye Forest Council for all of their critical work in addressing concerns around deep shale development. The Council has been important to the development of our Licking County Concerned Citizen effort. Both Teresa and Nathan have come to speak, and Cheryl has also been of great help. Thank you. And, thank you, Donna, for your tireless efforts as well.
