Rosianne Cutajar vs Bis-Serjetà: Who can raise €45K first?

Campaign Story
On March 11, the Times reported that Rosianne Cutajar had been served with a judicial letter ordering her to return €44,500 she and her associate were given for the planned sale of an Mdina property to Yorgen Fenech. The deal eventually fell through, since it isn't easy to buy expensive property when you're caught trying to flee the country.
Cutajar has been given two days to give back the money, so I thought I'd make it interesting by starting a race to see who can raise the funds first.
Rosianne has somewhat of an advantage, seeing as she has loads of designer outfits and handbags she can sell, as well as a sweet parliamentary secretary salary. Oh wait, never mind about that last part.
Any funds raised will go towards making sure I, Karl Stennienibarra, can continue to be Malta's most serious jouranlist. It will also come in handy in case the courts do eventually decide to prosecute me (I haven't heard anything since the news first broke, but we all know how the courts take their sweet time).
And I'll give 10% to the Richmond Foundation, one of Malta's leading mental health charities.
And unlike Rosianne, I'll declare all earnings in full.
