The funding requested is not to provide health care to Alvin Rose, but rather to help him fight a court case for an offence for which he was falsely charged. His home was raided where he was arrested, handcuffed, brought to the police station, stripped to his shorts and put in a cell, photographed and finger-printed. This retired gentleman of 73 years of age has for the past 10 years unselfishly helped people with serious health problems, counselling them on what alternative treatments are available so that they may treat themselves to better health. Many people have had complete recovery from serious illnesses, including some cancers, and even ALS, all documented and confirmed by follow-up visits and testing in the hospitals. This has not gone unnoticed by the medical community and around town regarding the healing therapies of natural substances without the usual 'cut and burn' procedures in the healthcare facilities, nor their nasty side-effects, nor dependency on drugs and medications. In May, Alvin is to appear at the provincial court in Grand Bank NL and needs funding to fight false charges against him and to reestablish his good name. Please help us raise the funds to fight a horrific act of trespass by public servants causing wrong and harm, which will allow not only Alvin but all of us to help our fellow man in need, free from further trespass or wrong.

The fundraising campaign has been extended due to increasing cost for Mr. Rose's defense. The case is is still ongoing and the court has set new hearing dates. All donations would be greatly appreciated.
