I have always had a passion for real estate investing, but I have been unable to turn my dreams into reality due to lack of funds. Despite this obstacle, I never gave up on my passion and I have spent the last few years educating myself and learning as much as I can about the industry. Now, I am ready to take the next step and start my own real estate investment business, but I need your help to make it happen.

I am launching this fundraiser to raise the funds I need to establish my business, invest in my education and marketing. Starting a business in real estate investing is a significant undertaking and requires a significant amount of capital. Mentorship is at the top of my list for use for funding. I currently own my own company, Rose Brown Investments, LLC, and am currently working property deals, however, real estate investing requires a large amount of knowledge to become successful and continue to grow. There are many legalities and regulations that are constantly changing from day to day and state to state just as the markets do as well. Mentorship allows me to stay up to date on these subjects as well as learn new strategies to grow and scale my business. Marketing plays a big role in scaling a business as well, and it's important for me to let the world know that my company is out there, and ready to solve your problems in real estate. Marketing will allow me to reach a broader spectrum of clients throughout the world. This is why I am reaching out to you for support.
