I was diagnosed with long QT syndrome (LQTS), an infrequent, often hereditary disorder of the heart's electrical rhythm that usually affects children or young adults and my wife is also diagnosed breast Cancer in which she as been in serious pain over 2 weeks and need to undergo surgery and im even scared of losing her or my self bcos of our financial status for now ... I will be glad you helping us will make us alive ..Thanks you so much and i pray for Good everyone and there ..
