Rodney Is College Bound

Rodney Boyd is on the right path . . . the road to higher education. With your help, he will begin his journey as a Freshman this fall at Wesley College in Delaware. We expect great things from Rodney and so far he has delivered. He hasn't let us down and we want to show him that his family and friends have his back as he makes this journey.

Rodney has been an aspiring football player since the age of 8. His football career began by competing within The Boys and Girls Club from elementary through middle school. Taking his skills to the next level in high school, Rodney has been a hard hitting player in the position of linebacker for the Frederick Douglass Eagles for the past 4 years. Rodney has been a key player helping to take his team to 2 back-to-back Maryland State Championship games.

Now Rodney has the chance to continue his educational goals as well as his dream of playing football on a college level and even one day in the pros!!
