Robotics Highschool Team Xeo

Team Xeo Alba Iulia. We are a highschool robotics team from National College "Horea, Closca si Crisan" Alba Iulia. Our main objective every year is to participate to FIRST Tech Challenge Romania, the biggest contest between highschool robotics teams in our country. The main awards are for the winner of the robots "fight" but also The Inspiration Award, which is given to the teams that have shown the greatest amount of Gracious Professionalism throughout the competition. This means that the award winner has helped other teams, has shown fair-play and respect and so on. Funds? What for?

- National Competition in Bucharest 22-25 March: travel expenses, accomodation: about 1300 euro

- Regional Games in Cluj 17 February: travel expenses: about 250 euro

- Regional Games in Timisoara 03 March: travel expenses: about 250 euro

- Robot materials, aluminium, drills, power tools, phones(we need 2 for robot control): we already spent 100 euro from our own money and we need about 400 more each year.

We are a highschool robotics team and we do not have an organisation, so that is why we need the money given to a specific person and not an organisation. The person that money go to is the leader, choosen once a year or two. All the spendings will be transparent and public for the donors, at request. Thank you!
