Robot for kids birthday party

Hello

My name is George, the reason for my campaign is to try and raise funding for Adult Robotic Costumes that I am in operating them and volunteer my time for kids Birthday parties visit kids in the Hospital, or any other special occasion. I have included pictures of the kind of costumes I am talking about.

So here is my story I am 56 years old and live in Jackson Michigan with my wife Michele and our two dogs, Gretchen and Gracie. Growing up I really never had a great childhood or fun. Me and Michele were never able to have children so we like to try and make kids happy. Living in Jackson there are some great people that help others and I try to too especially kids.

This last year has been hard on people and kids with the covid virus we have had. While staying at home during this covid virus I have had a lot of time to think about the kids that have been effected by all of this too. I told my wife we have helped people with food and money when we have extra no matter what the situation as I was homeless at one time in my life. Some people have called us dumb but we do whatever we can.
I told her that I have a dream to try and make come true for kids. I want to buy adult robotic costumes to me it's special and I believe it will touch a child's heart and leave a lasting memory with them. Something I never had growing up, my wife said that what I want to do would be so cool and amazing and she said she is beside me all the way. I told her but what I want to do is expensive and with us being on disability I don't think it can happen as it takes more money than we have. She told me why not try that funding thing we seen, there's a lot of great people out there that help others like you.

So the reason I started this is the robot costumes are not cheap $8000.00 and up and are made in Georgia, the U.S.A and being on disability money is limited. So that is why I am here reaching out to see if anyone would be willing to help me make this happen and make a child's day extra special and leave a lasting memory. I would so ever be great full and pay it forward every time I can. The photo below is the kind of robot costume I am wanting to start with.
