Hello. My fiance and I are both combat veterans of the United States Army who have been in Afghanistan. We have been together for 8 years, and feel as if our relationship has already stood against the test of time which was deploying. Some would say it is lucky to be deployed with your love, but they wouldn't be any more wrong. Being deployed together didnt mean we got to see each other any more often, and the army has strict policies on fraternizing. I worked inside the wire scanning vehicles for bombs, and he worked as a master driver and trainer to Afghani police. I have wanted nothing more than to marry my best friend who I feel is the only one who understands me. No matter what, being deployed changes you in ways only someone who has been deployed before can understand. Luckily for the both of us, we can talk without explaining what certain things mean, and truly understand each other. As a diy girl, I am doing most of the wedding stuff myself, but we are still running short on cash. This is the first time i've ever asked anyone for anything, but sometimes you have to ask for help. If you can only give $1 or even just advice we will appreciate it tremendously. Please help these two veterans marry each other and live in marital bliss!
