Robert Jordan jr.Fair Trial Legal Defense Fund!

   Hello my name is Deanna; I'm writing in regards to the innocence of my fiance. His name is Robert  Jordan & he is being wrongfully accused of  a slew of charges. Robert is a loving hardworking man, wonderful father & a great provider. I as well as my children love him so much. He took on a role that most men wouldn't. I have three children one of which has a medically behavioral disability. He has captured the hearts of my children as well as myself. Just as he does anyone he comes in contact with. I'm a firm believer that the lord places people in your life for a reason. We honestly believe that this is a test of our faith in the lord.

       There are a total of four gentlemen including Robert in this case. Robert only really knew one of the three individuals involved in this case, they worked together. The other Two individuals wrote statements implementing Robert in all wrong doings of this case. In Summit County an individual can make a statement against another and it's enogh for conviction,or just being guilty by association, which is totally unfair.

       Although were in the pretrial stages time is of the essence. I'm  really afraid that Robert won't recieve a fair trial, due to how Summit County has done others in the past. Animosity as well as "I'm just trying to clear my name" is in play with one of the other co-defendants. Which is Totally Ludacris!! These individuals aren't telling the truth & they have been charged with tampering with the evidence as well!!! There are individuals that are willing to testify to that statement. There is more evidence that needs to be presented in this case that can be very detrimental. Now don't get me wrong Robert has a previous record but he has paid his debt to society & he deserves to be fairly judged. He works very hard to take care of his children & his family he's the glue that holds them together. We really need help to provide a fair trial. There has been to many hardworking individuals that have been unfairly tried due to lack of Proper Reprensentation due to financial issues.    

        Robert is  currently being reprensented by two court appointed lawyers who could care less if this man spends the rest of his life in prison & why should they were not paying them!!!! His family nor I are able to afford all the fees needed to obtain the lawyer we found. He is facing life in prison without a chance of parole.  I understand that they need to arrest someone for this crime to satisfy the family, as well as the public but not someone that's innocent.   It's not fair to convict someone on mere hear to say. All we want is fair trial. Anyone that can help us meet our goal, It would be so greatly appreciated by all of us.
