ROBERT (BOB) DICICCO

Robert (Bob) Dicicco is a hard-working family man.He is married to his high school sweetheart, Libby, and has 3 children, Sara, Robert Jr., and Joseph.Bob has such strong family values that he also plays a significant part in his grandchildren’s daily lives as well, Taylor, Adrianna, Ava, and Savannah are always the highlight of Bob’s day.

Bob, joined the Ford of Branford Family on July 20, 2016 as a Service Manager.Since that time, he has become a valuable asset to our company.Bob has always been a hands-on manager and team player.He is always willing to assist other departments with anything necessary and he is well liked by his co-workers, his employees, and all customers!

On April 23, 2019, Bob, Libby, and his family’s lives were forever changed.At 52 years old Bob was diagnosed with a rare type of Brain Cancer (Glioblastoma).Glioblastoma is an aggressive type of cancer that can occur in the brain or spinal cord.It can cause headaches, nausea, vomiting and seizures.As you can imagine, this was a huge blow to the DiCicco family.

Bob, like so many other cancer patients, has gone through all of the conventional and exhausting cancer treatments.Through all of this Bob has had an upbeat and positive demeanor.Up until May of 2020 Bob came to work on a daily basis and has brought our Ford of Branford family closer together.This is a fight against cancer that has personally impacted us all and we have a strong admiration for Bob, for the strength and dignity that he has shown during this trying time.

Bob has come to a point in this serious illness that he has exhausted all conventional options.His quality of life has been significantly impacted and daily chores are becoming more of a challenge.Bob can no longer work which is affecting his financial stability.His family recently met and talked to people with similar cancers who went out of the U.S. for Integrative cancer treatment.These patients are doing amazingly well with very good odds of living full and healthy lives.

The DiCicco family has done a lot of research during this life changing journey and feel that the best options left for Bob is leaving the country for integrative treatments that are not offered here.They are planning to attend a cancer clinic in Mexico and encourage us all to take a look at www.dr-adem.com to get an idea of what type of treatment plans are available to take part in outside the U.S.Bob is a very proud man and would never ask for your assistance himself, but this part of the journey is paid 100% out of pocket and they need our help!!
