Robbed and beaten by barber! Police do nothing!

i was beaten and robbed by a Vegas resident Trevin Nibblet he cut my hair a few times in the past .I always tipped him more than the hair cut cost too. Nice guy right. I was at my car getting some laundry to wash in the morning about two months ago. He was driving by and noticed me. He stops and asks why I hadn't come by for a haircut. I told him my mother who lives with me becoming very sick and my dog had emergency surgery. I was having such a hard time with everything trying to pay bills by myself with no family to turn to. How all I had to my name was my rent ($900). He was smelling of booze and kept getting to close said he feels so bad in having a hard time and while talking and acting like he cares he ATTACKED OUT OF NO WHERE!! Knocked me to the ground , got on my chest and beat me until he got my purse. I called police three times since that morning (see pics of reports) to give them all his info, address, pics and workplace. THEY HAVE DONE NOTHING AT ALL. I RESEARCHED TO FIND HIS INFO ECT. & I SEE HIM ALL THE TIME LIKE NOTHING HAPPENED...It's sickening. He got away with 900 in rent, wifi hotspot (no wifi=no work) & my granny's jewelry I had just taken off. And he He made it so hard to care for my mom.I almost lost my house.I borrowed to pay rent , now I'm behind on my car and is in repo w no insurance. ITS MY LIFELINE MY MOM IS TERMIANL.SHES PARALYZED IN HALF HER BODY. I need to catch up so I can take care of her properly & not lose my car or her because of a scum. Please help me get back on track so I can take care of her like she deserves. it's killing me .
