Roadside Farm Start Up

I am a poor Kenyan youth with a family of three,barely living a single meal a day.

I have identified a disused municipal piece of land and gotten the go ahead to farm Vegetables for sale for my livelihood.
It's actually a strip measuring 15ft * 50ft.
I intend to pump water from a nearby well and also fence the farm since it's near a walkway.
The amount is a summation of projected expenses. It includes an annual lease fee of 100$.
I also intend to cover the portion with a mesh to keep away birds and other pests.
I expect to break even by the 6th month since I intend to grow kales and spinach, a fast moving daily meal in almost every house hold in Kenya.
I have started digging already and setting up drainage.
Kindly help me actualise this. I'll be indebted forever and will ensure I compound the act to so many other deserving cases.
