Rizal’s journey to a new heart

I'm Jhoanna Rizza Gatpayat, daughter of Rizalino Gatpayat. My family and I are on the journey of finding a new heart for my dad through a bypass operation. He was diagnosed with a severe 3-vessel coronary artery disease after undergoing an angiogram. We were advised to consider a bypass procedure for him as it would be very risky for his life to undergo an angioplasty procedure. We have been battling also since last year for my mom who was diagnosed with a rectal cancer and have undergone 2 operations already. This time, our head of the family who is the breadwinner of the family is now battling a heart disease. He's on his vacation in the past 2mos but due to the diagnosis, he won't be able to go back to work as a head waiter abroad. I, together with our family are requesting for your kind hearts to help us fund the needed medical procedure. We were advised by the doctor for my dad to have the bypass the soonest. Our faith remains strong and we firmly believe that we can go through this challenge. Our hearts will be forever be grateful for any assistance and support to be given.
