Campaign Story
We are a group of 9 volunteers who will be traveling to Cambodia this August to help out with children education in the rural town of Takeo. Childhood education is currently the major aspect of this community's volunteering in Cambodia. However, Right2Smile has other goals for the town of Takeo, a few of which are listed below. All money raised through this page will go towards supporting such ongoing and future projects.
Future goals:
The setting up of a playschool in order to cater for young children (below the age of 6) -which will surely help parents and children realize that school is important and a priority to staying at home
Supplying kids’ drop in centers with an adequate number of computers for the children’s perusal
Buying bicycle repair kits, basic tools, and cheap parts- to provide locals with supplies needed to repair their damaged bikes, instead of spending money buying new ones
