Our Story:

About 6 years ago Rick and I decided to try out the new way of dating that technology has created. I posted an online dating add and Rick replied... My one and only post and his one and only response. He was by far my best match, as I was his, and everything I had been looking for in a life partner.

We spent the first few months getting to know each other over emails and the phone, the more we communicated, the more we realized what we had in common and the more we wanted to meet. A few months went by and we finally arranged our first date. Meeting each other was so comfortable but what a RUSH!!! We were finally able to meet the person we had fallen in love with and it was amazing!

We became inseparable and moved in together 11 months later. Our relationship began to blossom... Yes we have had our ups and downs but we both realized that our positives over-weighed the negatives in so many ways. We just kept with it and became the couple we are today!!!

We currently live in the Sierra Mountains at my families 50+ year cabin where we are enjoying life away from the hustle and bustle of the city. Here, we have been able to dedicate time to our growth as a couple and appreciate every day together. We both believe that the mountains were calling our names!

And now we are here getting ready to say "I DO"...

We are doing our best to save every penny we have to accommodate our small dream wedding, but as the date gets closer and the reservations need to be made in different directions we are finding that our budget just isn't going to meet our minimal hopes for our special day!!! YIKES... What to do now?

Well here we are reaching out to anyone who can help in any way possible. The day that we decided on a date, we came to the conclusion that we were going to plan a non-traditional low budget wedding that both we and our friends/family can enjoy together and share memories for years to come. Although, eloping is always an option but I just can't imagine losing out on all the emotions that come with an intimate wedding with those we love (Yes... We're looking forward to sharing tears of joy in the moment).
