Rice For Life: Emergency Aid for Myanmar Displaced Persons

Thousands of Myanmar displaced persons are at this moment fleeing for their lives from fighting in their country and sheltering in jungles. They left everything behind and carry with them only the hope of safety and freedom. Conditions are horrendous.

Their single greatest humanitarian need is rice to sustain their lives.

The Rice for Life campaign has been set up by a vibrant team of volunteers composed of charity event organizers, performing artists, charity groups, experienced aid volunteers, diplomats, social influencers in Thailand in order to raise funds to provide humanitarian aid to those suffering in Myanmar.

Funds raised will be sent to Karen, Kachin, Shan and Chin community based organizations inside Myanmar where they will be used to provide rice, emergency relief supplies to those who have fled from their homes.

Rice For Life is not simply about financial donations to those in need. It is about building bonds of care, trust and ongoing friendship between givers and receivers. We pride ourselves on our transparent and accountable supply chain of humanitarian aid.
