Hi there my name is Rhapsody, let me introduce myself and my project:

Our world deserves all the creative minds and hearts in order to grow bringing love to the foreground in every way possible. I'm from California 27 years old and I've followed my passion for painting to Paris France. As we are aware the art world is not the easiest to gain access into - however, with your help I CAN get closer to making my dream a reality. YOU ARE MY FOUNDATION!

Je crois que notre monde mérite tous les esprits et les cœurs créatifs pour grandir et pour mettant l'amour au premier plan. Je suis origine de Californie, j'ai 27 ans et j'ai suivi ma passion pour la peinture jusqu'à Paris et la France. Comme nous savons, le monde de l'art n'est pas le plus facile - cependant, avec votre aide, je peux arriver et voir mon rêve devenir une réalité.

C'est grâce à vous, et c'est notre beauté pour moi mon premier plan!

I see the human body as a beautiful work of art - This is what inspires me and I passionately dedicate myself to capturing bits and pieces of our essence and humanity through my artistic style.

I have been practicing art from a very early age and when I moved to France to study I needed to learn French, a new culture and many others that are nearby too. In my different stages of art practice and with the completion of my higher art studies at the Art School of Avignon, I have learned that when we strip ourselves of language barriers, clothes, things or even cultures we are left with the pureness of our body.

J'ai pratiqué l'art dès que j'ai arrivé tenir un crayon et quand j'ai déménagé en France pour étudier, j'avais aussi besoin d'apprendre le français et cette nouvelle culture. Dans mes étapes de pratique artistique j'ai appris que lorsque nous nous débarrassons des barrières linguistiques, des vêtements, des choses ou même des cultures, nous retrouvons la pureté de notre corps.

My bigger dream is to share this love of humanity all over the world in hopes of reminding us of what we are; equals, beautiful, fragile, all different and all embodying.

Mon plus grand rêve est de partager cet amour de l'humanité partout dans le monde - dans l'espoir de nous rappeler de ce que nous sommes; égal, beau, fragile, tout différent et tout incorporant.

THE EVENT (L'ÉVÉNEMENT)
I have located a gallery for rent in the heart of the Marais district in Paris and this is a place where my bigger art dream can thrive.

Situé dans le Marais à Paris j'ai trouvé une galerie qui peut ouvrir une porte où mon plus grand rêve artistique peut se réaliser au public.

During the one month period of art showcase in Paris I will paint-live three large format paintings (approx. 4x6ft.) on paper of three people of different ethnicity.

Pendant l'exposition d'un mois à Paris, je vais peindre trois peintures en grand format (environ 4x6ft.) Et avec une tombola pour voir qui gagne!
