ABOUT ME:
Hello, I am Reynaldo Segarra Abacan Jr., 27 yrs. old from Philippines. I am diagnose with Chronic Kidney Disease Secondary to Glomerulonephritis when I was in my college days (20 yrs old). currently I am the founder of a Support Group for Chronic Kidney Disease Patient in the Philippines for CKD Patients.

ABOUT MY HEMODIALYSIS:

I am having my Hemodialysis session 3 to 2 times a week at Dr. Yanga Hospital Renal Center at Bocaue Bulacan Philippines for almost 7 years. Many people are advising me to have a kidney transplant due to my young age and for me to be able to continue my normal living.

WHY I WANT TO HAVE A KIDNEY TRANSPLANT:

The reason why I want to have a kidney transplant is to see my parents happy and proud of me. I want to have a normal job and buy the things that will make my family happy.

I also want to have a Kidney Transplant so that I can pursue my advocacy in promoting awareness about CKD. Me with my group Dialysis PH will continue to help other patient's who are in need and defend their rights to have a quality life.

MY VOW TO HELP:
Please help me to pursue my Kidney Transplant. this will be a life changing experience to me if that plan of mine happens. I will treasure it and always pray for the people who support me.I will not waste the second life that will be given to me.

I will also help others that are in need like me. I know the pain a Kidney Failure Patient feel. I will do my best to provide support for all the people that is suffering from kidney failure. I will raise awareness and prevention of having such a disease like mine.

ABOUT DIALYSIS PH SUPPORT GROUP:
I created a online support group for Renal Failure Patient here in Philippines.

Dialysis PH Support Group Inc, is a non stock, non profit, non political, non religious Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients and relatives organization. Founded in April 9, 2014, the organization is geared towards promoting health excellence, developing leadership, fostering camaraderie among its members, and promoting life.

We are based on Social Media Platform "Facebook", currently has 10,000 plus members all over the Philippines with some members in abroad. The goal of the group is to share awareness and help CKD patient to live normal and receive proper medical benefits. as of now our group are engage in doing some petition in our country's health care service to increase the benefits that a CKD patient can receive.
