We are running affordable Japanese Buffet Style restaurant. However, we are having hard time due to rising of food/ingredient price. We do not want to increase the price per person for now as we do not want to increase the burden of our beloved customers. Therefore we need some money to help us "walk-through" during our hardest time. If the food price continuing increasing after second half of the year (June), we may consider increase the price slightly just to balance off. This money will be good for us to increase our budget in marketing and pay off our business lot rental. We hope we could fund $5,000 and continue to sustain in this business and hope that the food price will stop increasing. We hate increase our head charge of our customers.
