Revive my dads old car

I have been working on this 1973 Roadrunner since 2010. I have been scammed by alot of people while trying to fix the vehicle. I have put in over 10k on this car. Finally was put together. During a test drive the old wiring caught on fire. The engine was damaged and needs to be completely rebuilt. Any help is appreciated. I need to do the whole rewiring. I have the wiring kit but have no knowledge to do it. The engine will need to be rebuilt and the exhaust needs to be redone as well. I need to money to fund the project. Or anybody that knows that can lend me a hand will be greatly appreciated.
