Time to get your Revenge on your trainer!
Peak Condition would like to offer everyone the chance to get their own back on our trainers. For a small donation to a charitable cause, you can be the trainer for the day. Feel the joy of watching your trainer suffer through burpees, Penny prowler pushes and a multitude of exercises.
How to take part:
1. Simply leave a donation below with a description of:
a. Which trainer you would like to nominate
b. The exercise/exercises you have chosen (see the list of exercises and donation required below)
2. Come down to the gym before or on the day and leave a donation with the exercise/exercises you would like your trainer to complete.
All are welcome at the gym on the day to watch the Revenge proceeding take place. Additionally, all exercises will be live streamed through Facebook and loaded onto Instagram so you don't even have to get out of bed to cause the pain!
All donations are for the Child Development Center "To Alma" (Part of Theotokos Foundation), a charity supporting program for families with children with developmental delay.. Any and all donations are welcome, and the trainers will push as hard as they can to raise the money needed. The more you give; the more REVENGE can be taken!!
