Reuniting a family.

My wife is in San Diego, CA. I was supposed to send her money to get home. But I lost my job. We all fall on hard times, but I have a 14 week old baby boy, she is there staying with a friend but has no money to get home to us. All we are asking for is help raising money for gas. Mapquest has a nice tool to let us know what the gas would cost, it says on there that gas will be $280. We need help soon, every day without her son she grows more and more depressed, she is also diabetic and has a week left of insulin there, our insurance is MO insurance and won't pay for that out there either. We are desperate and there is unfortunately no choice but to ask for help from strangers as no one that I know around us will help.
