Hello, my name is Fatima Al-Zahraa Abu Nada from Palestine. I live in Gaza Strip. I hope you can help me achieve my goal of being able to leave Gaza and travel to my fiancé in Jordan as soon as possible.

My ambitions and dreams:

I am a voice-over artist and digital illustrator. I have been working in freelancing for more than three years, developing my skills in both fields. I underwent intensive training until I reached an advanced level. I had many clients on freelancing platforms. I had my own equipment: laptop, drawing tablet, microphone, and a recording room. I also worked in dubbing, which has been my dream since childhood. I established my own business due to difficult circumstances and the challenge of finding employment. After the war, I lost everything - my ambitions, dreams, equipment, and clients. I could no longer fulfill their projects due to the harsh conditions.

Where I used to live and where I live now:

I used to live in the northern Gaza Strip. After 40 days of the war, we were forced to evacuate our home to Rafah City due to intensified fighting and bombings. Life there became extremely difficult, risky, and life-threatening. Our house was damaged, and my room, which I considered my sanctuary, turned into a ghost town. I lost my privacy and lived in a crowded room with about 46 people, sharing one space for sleeping, cooking, and washing. Life became like ancient times without electricity, with an unhealthy and unsafe environment, and water transportation became challenging and required significant effort. Every day, we fear the invasion of Rafah City, which houses over a million people. There is no safe place to go. Traveling is the only solution for us to live in peace.

What about my fiancé?

I met my fiancé two years ago, and one year after our acquaintance, on my birthday, he surprised me by proposing. My joy knew no bounds. I was supposed to prepare myself to travel in October. I renewed my passport a week before the war started. It was supposed to be ready for pickup, but the war disrupted everything. Traveling became difficult and required a large sum of money. Every aspect of life was disrupted. I couldn't get my passport. My communication with my fiancé became very limited due to weak and intermittent connectivity, and the internet is extremely poor. Also, I don't have a private space to comfortably talk to my fiancé. I now live near the Rafah crossing, but I can't travel.

All I want is your help in raising the amount needed as soon as possible so I can travel to my fiancé and start anew in everything.

Thank you for reading my story. Thank you for your donation and support. Even a little donation will definitely make a difference.
