reunite me with my hubby and get me proper treatment

Hello all :) My name is Alison and i'm 46, in February this year i was diagnosed with mctd (mixed connective tissue disease), its affected my whole life, my health has deteriorated over the last few months, i have dermatomyositis which is affecting my muscles and skin , they are gradually disappearing due to my body attacking itself, i keep falling over and even a simple task like brushing my hair hurts like hell ! i also have lupus which also attacks parts of my body, the sun is a big no no as it flares everything up, its a bit difficult avoiding that living in Portugal !,fibromyalgia which leaves me feeling exhausted and in pain and raynauds syndrome which affects my hands and feet, i get some funny looks when i'm wearing fluffy sox on a scorching hot day! i have gone from a once very active person who was on the go all day, to a person who is exausted even after i've slept for ten hours !!

so i have seen a doctor here and i'm on some medication but she is not a rheumatologist and doesn't understand the disease as its so rare

i was working but have had to stop due to the disease, because of this my much loved husband for nineteen years has had to go back to the uk for work :( i miss him terribly and he is my best friend and my rock,

we have decided that the only option is for us both to move back to the uk where i can get proper medical treatment and the English climate will be better for me, so i am asking for help to enable me to be reunited with my hubby,and to get proper medical treatment to try and get my symptoms under control

i need to get passports for my much loved dogs and cats and funds for transport to get us all back to the uk, and somewhere for us to rent when back,
