mother needing a little help to get my license back after losing it in 19 for not being able to pay fees and not able to do the community service due to not knowing how or where because right after i got set up to get everything done in the residence i though i was going to be living at my parents. Unfortunately when i was staying on the streets at the time someone stole my backpack with everything in it so all my paperwork was gone and i tried to contact the court to have copies sent to my moms no one ever sent new papers so in turn i have now lost my license which is a difficult situation because i am suppose to be able to see my two girls 8 and 5 weekends, holidays, spring, winter, and summer breaks. The girls father is suppose to do half the driving but has never done more then 10 percent of the driving most of the time less then that and that was why i lost my license in. The first place because i was working 16 hour days Monday through friday and then leaving directly from work and driving the 600 mile round trip drive oneway his half is the other 600 mile round trip for that first year i was able to make all my visits but 5 on my own dime and and drive time making it to where i was getting very little sleep and after a year with little to no help i got in a wreck because of lack of sleep and having annommonia left lung three quarters of the way full and since then i have only been able to see my babies only when my parents can help with the driving part and my kids are starting to think i dont care which is the furthest thing from the truth because I think of them every second of everyday then to boot i recieved picture proof and statements from the girls first school of some ligature marks on my youngest daughters wrists directly from the school principal went to court and they dismissed because my witnesses couldnt make it and because the antonito police department took my subpoenas to have them served and my witnesses where never served asked for additional time to come up with a retainer of 4000 dollars and they denied me and dismissed the case so now its back to the original agreement but the dad thinks that because my motion got dismissed that automatically gives him full custody and because he thinks that way i havent seen the girls very much aug 8th was the end of summer tries to get them for thanksgiving and because i didnt answer the second timw he was calling because he had me in tears and i didnt want my girls thinking it was because of them he left a message on my voicemail threatening my fiancee and my life if we where to show up to get the girls so was not able to get them for thanksgiving and then it was a fight to get them for Christmas break which is dec 18th to jan 5th but i had to have them back jan 2nd because the break supposedly ended sooner then their website said so i got some time thank god but both my parents are elderly and cant continue to help me with travel duw to health so please help this mother get her license back so i can be able to do the driving with or without their fathers help i miss my girls beyond words and, all because I wanted to make sure they got time with their mommy the way they where suppose ti i over drove, over worked, to the point i lost my license so please anybody and everybody willing to help me out every little bit helps plus they have a half sister or brother on the way i am six months along and got caught driving without my license because i was taking my fiancee to his sisters funeral and got pulled over and i have court on april 13th please help me raise this money i was never in trouble at all before my kids where kept from me after he left me for the nanny of three years and a young lady he cheated with before we where even split up so please find it in your hearts to help this lost and concerned mother get back on track oh yeah to boot he has four child neglect charges that he has permanent restraining orders on his four kids prior to him and i and then he signed away his rights to his first born to get out of 10,000 dollars in back child support so the new husband could adopt his ex agreed to drop the back child support if he signed his rights away so her new husband could adopt anythings appreciated thanks for looking and god bless all of you and may your fortunes bid better then mine have thank you in advance and please please i dont know what to do anymore i am so scared and confused because me losing my license is literally keeping me from filing papers properly, going and seeing the girls, and doing all the foot work to get the evidence i needed now i have to wait till something else happens and i am so scared at how much worse it could be next time
