Reunite a Young family

We got married in August 2009 in Somalia. In early 2010, I fled Somalia because of the Al shabab group. In March, 2010 I arrived In Sweden where I got assylum. In 2012, I travelled to Kenya, and luckily my wife got pregnant. We had a son in April, 2013. Because it got tough for Somalis in kenya, my wife had to return to Somalia, where they are now. I want to bring them to Sweden to join me but I do not have the resources to bring them. I can not take a loan since I am already paying back the loans I borrowed to visit my wife in 2011 and 2012. I work but everything goes for bills. Please help! The money will be used to bring them to uganda so that they may be able to place an application at the Swedish embassy, pay for living costs while there (it takes any where between 6-12 months) and for their tickets.
