Campaign Story
As you know, due to the full-scale and senseless military aggression that the Russian Federation started against Ukraine dated 24.02.2022, our people and State suffer terrible human losses. Besides, our little friends, namely pets, who are in a helpless state, are also in distress.
Since the early days of the Russian aggression, our volunteers have been caring for pets, risking their own lives. Sometimes under shelling, they seek out and evacuate deprived and frightened pets, and take them to safe territory, including to shelters located in friendly Countries.
Nevertheless, a large number of animals have been left without owners and are in a terrible condition with no possibility of further existence. That is why I has taken steps to help pets in need. As a result of the mentioned work, in cooperation with other volunteers not indifferent to the fate of these pets, we have already rescued more than 150 pets.
Currently, we have already worked out the mechanism, the logistics and a clear understanding of the financial costs of each pet rescue mission.
Yes, every ride saves 35 pets. It has a route length at 3500 km and lasts 6 days:
- As of today, the cost of rescuing one pet is 89 , which consists of the following expenses: transport, veterinary expenses, vaccination, paperwork, mission-related expenses (food and overnight stay for volunteers).
Thus, the total expenses per ride are $ 3115.
I are convinced that only together, only by joining our forces we can help pets to return to their families or find new home.
I appreciate any help!!!
