Retired Teacher Needs Help

In January of 2018, I was forced into retirement when the school where I had taught for 17 years was closed. I am 67, with 45 years of experience and 4 degrees; nobody can afford to hire me. My pension is enough for basic expenses and I can supplement it by substitute teaching. However, it is not enough to keep up with my car payments.If I lose the car, I won't be able to continue subbing. I have had 4 surgeries in the last year-23 in the last 11 years-so my ability to work has been somewhat compromised. Please help me help myself. Thank you!
