Retired mom’s dream (Smile again)

My mom has been wetting all her life trying to see how she can build her house and I can't help her because of the situation right now, she is retired 67 years old, I see her sad some time, she worked very hard all her life to provide for me and my sister, she owns a small property around 5000 sqft , I want to help her build her house and make sure she smile again. A 2 bedroom will be for her like a dream come true, thank you very much.
