Restoring the Annan Water

Restoring Annan's Waters needs support for planting Scottish native trees, tree protection and fencing. Oak, willow, alder, and other native trees need protection from herbivores and the river banks need protection from livestock. Many land owners have already fenced off and planted sections of their river bank including tributaries, providing excellent habitat, RAW seeks to 'fill in the gaps' to provide continuous wildlife corridors from sources to sea.
