We're a group of talented chefs opening up a restaurant for a social cause to create empowerment for ex-convicts, the homeless & people with disabilities.

Often, these people are being outcast to create change and make its harder to make strive in challenging society for themselves. Unable to fit in the society well, so often these people are underpaid. We are here to create job opportunities for these people.

For 2 great cause, creating job opportunities and feeding the less fortunate.

Restaurant "Pay It Forward" came about when one of our founders sat at 24 hours starbucks to found that it is the grounds for some homeless people to sleep after 11pm. Getting free drinks from the counter and using coffee napkins to clean themselves. Feeling so heartbroken, she decides its time to make a change.

We want to be restaurant to be providing them food by the "pay it forward" program. Providing hot soups, warm comfy meals and drinks. Something that all of us take it for granted on daily basis. Such blessings we received.

With this program, any customer can pay additional $10 for a complete meal which consists of:

- Choice of Hot Soup + Hot or Iced Drink + Complete Meal (Protein, Carbs, Sauce & Vegetables) + A Fruit

You can also enable your rewards to purchase voucher ($50) to dine in at our restaurant or $10 to 'Pay Forward" a meal, with a motivation note and we will hand written these note to the person receiving it*.

This will go a long way to support and motivate them.

Our staffs consists of people with disabilities & ex-convicts(previously working for F&B industries).

Giving them minimal wage of $1600-$2500, so they'll be able to sustain and provide for their family and be independent. Creating job opportunities positions such as chefs, barista, front of house, kitchen helpers, admin and hr.

-Rental : $14,000 (1 month advanced rental) + $28,000 (2 years lease deposit) = $42,000

-Equipments: Coffee Machine, Combi Oven, Stoves, Char Griller, Deep Fryer, Mixer, Freezer, Chiller, Cake & Drinks Display, Kitchen Apparatus = $50,000

-Staffing: $32,400 + $19,200 + $10,650 = $62,250

6 Kitchen Staffs ($1800 x 6 staffs x 3 months staffing capital) = $32,400

4 Service Crews ($1600 x 4 staffs x 3 months staffing capital) = $19,200

1 Admin + 1 HR ($1700 + $1850 x 3 months staffing capital) = $10,650

-Research & Development: $2000

-Website:$2000

-Marketing: $4000

-Food costing: $72,000

$800 x 30 days average = $24,000 (Monthly)

$24,000 x 3 months food costing capital) = $72,000

-Uniforms: $2000

-Painting & small renovation works: $8000

-Contingency: $1000

-Food License, Water, Electricity, Gas and MUIS Registration: $3500

Total: $248,750
