Restart my life

i want to restart my life. Im a ex prisoner and i had difficulties getting a job or even travelling to work. I only have a shirt and a shorts, which i cant even dress myself up for interviews. I have bad relationship with family member and i have no friends. I am in need of help. I cannot even provide myself a proper meal and i have noone to depend on. Currently i am working as a night kitshen cleaner which only allows me to get a rented bed space to get proper rest.
