Campaign Story
Carolyne Waithera Mungai is a lady whom no words can truly describe. To me she was and will always be much much more than the one who birthed me...she was my mother, my friend, my no 1 cheerer in any good deed I ever did and more importantly the first in line to rebuke me whenever I was wrong. She taught me love, compassion, perseverance, endurance and was always very keen on the importance of family and how each one had to play their roles in the family and play those roles well.
She was my greatest joy, my world...my everything.
Having been a sole bread winner and a mother of 5 she has left a very big gap which cannot be filled by anyone, not today, not any time soon.
We as the family require funds estimated at KSH 500,000 to give her a befitting send off and to cater for other related costs and expenses. The funds are needed before or on Sunday 19th May 2019 as the funeral shall be on Tuesday 21st May 2019.
Her funeral will be on Tuesday 21st May 2019 at her rural home in Kandara, Murang'a County. The date of her Memorial Service will be communicated in due course.
The person in charge of these expenses shall be her first son Claude Kandem
