Louise is my sister, and works hard raising her two daughters. Her youngest has autism and epilepsy. This means that Louise has had to stay at home to care for her, and being a single mum she has barely any time for herself. Liv is a great girl, but requires a lot of attention, especially over the last couple of years as she has had difficulty eating and sleeping. This means my sister only gets a couple of hours sleep a night and has the added stress of a child refusing to eat, on top of everything else. No matter what her situation though, she still remains positive and tries to look on the bright side. She makes everyone feel welcome, inviting people round to her house to help Liv build up her confidence with meeting people, and gaining social skills. She also supports autism awareness, and raised money recently for World Autism Day. Many of her family and friends do not realise just how difficult her life is, and how much she could use a rest.
Louise is my big sister, she is 12 years older than me, and I have always looked up to her. She took care of me when I was a little girl, and has always been there for me with advice whilst I grew up. I now want to be able to give something back to her, and show her how special she is. She has always dreamt of going to India since she was tiny, specifically Mumbai to see the Gateway to India and to stay at the Taj Mahal Palace hotel. I am not in a situation to be able to organise this by myself, so this is where you come in! It's Louise's 50th birthday in December, so I would love to be able to arrange this trip for early 2016 so she has an amazing birthday present, and something fantastic to look forward to. If you are able to spare anything then please donate and give my sister the adventure of a lifetime and the special treatment she deserves.
