Help me establish a Library for kids and teens at my hometown back in Nyahururu, Laikipia West in Kenya.

Growing up in Nyahururu - Kenya , I had limited resources in terms of growing literacy and numeracy levels. Access to books, Internet and other information sources was, to say the least, lacking. With this regard, I would like to create a brighter future for kids and teens living in the area. We have a social hall where we can establish a library with books for the new curriculum and other books with short stories or novels to improve the creativity for the kids. The kids and teens will have unlimited access to this space and I am planning on introducing a variety of games and sports like chess, scrabble, badminton, tennis etc and help with molding the kids and teens into pro active students as most primary schools in the area do not keep a keen eye on extra curricular activities. I am also seeking for volunteers to help out in training the kids and teens in the various games, first aid, offer peer counselling and also topics on drug abuse and matters health. I already have a number of books with me but need more so if we can get donation in for of books, chess and scrabble sets, Badminton and tennis rackets and balls and maybe sports kits and boots for ages between 10 to 20 we would be grateful. The monetary donations will go towards purchasing the new curriculum, books, stationery and art equipment and some of the sporting equipment to supplement on the ones we already have. I am also going to start teaching the kids and teens on how to choose career paths as early as possible so as to select what they would want to transition to as adults early enough.
