Hi, I am Sarim. Junior Year Undergraduate at IIT Roorkee, India.
I have been accepted as a Short term research scholar at Georgia Tech for a period of 8 weeks. I will be researching on developing the world's fastest wave function-based symmetry adapted perturbation theory (SAPT) program and then using it to understand the physical nature of noncovalent interactions from small systems like benzene dimer to large systems like proflavine/DNA intercalation complexes.
I come from a very humble background. My father is a retired military personnel. I am studying on heavy financial loans. Although, my host professor has provided me with funds for round way airfare. I am still in dire need your help to cover for the expensive day to day expenses of living in Atlanta, USA. I am really excited about this opportunity and i can assure you that i will make the most of my opportunity.
