Research project publication (art and humanities)

At the moment according to the rules stipulated by the Russian authorities there is no possibility to apply for reimbursement of publication of the research in language other than Russian. Being specialised in the historical linguistics of Asian languages I have published linguistic analysis and translation of sacred first Japanese texts last year and ask for your help to fulfil the alike project in English.
