Help me to keep rescuing stray cats and kittens

I am Maine Villar, 28 yrs old, a sole rescuer. I am from Laguna, Philippines and currently a contractual employee with no assurance on the job. No work, no pay. No leave and no other benefits.

Currently, we have a total of 27 cats and kittens. As I am only an individual rescuer, I only have limited funds because my other cats also need food maintenance which cost Php 10,000-11,000 (approx USD 210) per month. Funds are all from my personal salary only, no one has ever donated to me. But this time I badly need the help from others.

I have rescued several cats and kittens since I am a college student. My mom is not supportive at first because she is solo parent of two, with all the expenses especially our tuition fees and daily needs, caring for kittens is an additional burden. I want to support my mother since she is the only one who cared for us (especially when she decided to let me keep the rescued kittens, and all the expenses in their food, medical and medicines, she funded them all). Now that I am a working individual, I want to keep going in rescuing animals (in the meantime cats and kittens only because of our limited space of our very small house). Every time we rescued an animal which we suspect have health issue/s, we brought them immediately to a vet clinic (but this is also limited because my of my work, which is no work no pay). So in this I asked kind heart people to keep my motivation going.

The last time we visited a vet was when we brought a rescued 3 week kitten 'Rusi' (which is know running free). We had a hope he would survive so we did all we can do. Brought him to a vet many time, bought multiple medicines which had drained my funds, but then he still left us. It is very painful for our hearts and our pockets because I still have many cats to feed and care (and also myself because I have asthma)

The vet once said to me: Ma'am I hope you would not get tired in helping and rescuing animals even though it is painful.

Also, we need to improve our very small home. This is my limitation in terms of rescuing since we do not have our own shelter. Our home is only limited especially for us and our rescued cats. We also want them to keep running and playing around our house. But as we all know cats are very curious being. They always go on our neighbors wall and our neighbor's has 5 big dogs. I know that not all dogs are aggressive, but their dogs are very brute. They have already killed our 3 kittens.

Even though I have an asthma (The people around me always tell me to get rid of the cats). I still love them. I just also need to take care of myself so that I can take care of them.

It has been always my dream and goal to have an animal shelter, but I have my limitations. Please keep my motivation going in rescuing more animals.
