RESCUED Kitten in need of surgery!!!!!

This poor kitten was living down the street when my daughter found her. She brought her home because she was injured. I looked at her and she literally was screaming in pain. Her shoulder has shards of bone grinding inside as well as the blade being so broken you can feel points instead of it being rounded. And the collar bone is unfix able. I have a vet who did ex-rays. She will need her leg completely removed. That cost $1200.00. But I have to drive to San Antonio to get the procedure done. Which is 200 miles away. The fuel to go and come is $140.00. We have a place to stay. The remainder will be used for other expenses for the kitten. Rehab after and after surgery check up and meds. We will get her fixed and all her shots as well as heart worm meds. We named her Tabitha. And we are unsure if we will keep her or find her another loving home.

For those curious the previous owners child slammed her in the door multiple times. They just thought the kitten was going to go off and die. That made me furious. We are animal lovers and have saved many dogs and found them loving homes. People just drop their dogs off in our neighbor hood. But we heal them medically and lovingly. Back to the point we took all the other peoples cats and called animal control. Cant wait to see them in court.

We would pay for this out of pocket but we are living month to month on disability.
