Rescued Budgie needs operation.

Just recently got rescued super sweet and docile Budgie which unfortunately has fatty liver disease as an avian vet told me. Currently bc of the corona virus, I don't have a job and it really makes me anxious that I can not help him to fight his current condition, which as a vet said is highly chanced that can be cured, but needs two week treatment and additionally special caring things. I hope you can help me.
