WHO WE ARE Rescue Paws is a non-profit animal relief organization based in the Hua Hin region of Thailand, dedicated to improving the lives of stray animals by providing essential necessities such as food, basic medical care, love & attention.

WHAT WE DO Facing challenges such as limited funding and education, the Buddhist aversion to euthanasia and the general lack of coordinated animal control efforts, Thailand faces an epidemic challenge with an ever-growing number of stray animals living in desperate conditions on the streets - most are in dismally poor health and reproducing at an alarming rate. Our primary objective at Rescue Paws is to stabilize and eventually reduce the stray animal population over time through sterilizations. Rescue Paws also facilitates local and international adoptions; encourages and promotes respect for animals, pet care and animal welfare by means of comprehensive educational campaigns in local communities and schools; and fosters local & global civic engagement by actively engaging volunteers from all across the world and developing local stakeholder participation.

AWARDS & RECOGNITIONS In just the few years since its inception, incredible progress has been made & Rescue Paws has grown exponentially into a fully-fledged animal relief operation - thousands of animals have been helped by our program and its dedicated staff and volunteers. Rescue Paws was awarded the Global Youth Travel Award as Outstanding Volunteer Project 2016 at the World Youth Student Travel Conference held in Serbia, and also selected as a ‘Thailand Local Favorites 2017’ by popular The Culture Trip.
