Rescue for my laptop

My grandmother actually wanted to get me a surprise by buying a laptop for me and pass it to me during Christmas if i score well for my exam,last year she bought me the laptop around Feb 2017 and did not let me know,and she doesn't know how to check the laptop so she actually want gave a surprise by giving me on 25 Dec 2017 .But when i turn on the laptop,the laptop Couldn't turn on,Means my grandmother was SCAM!!! by the people who brought the laptop for her.when i found it,my grandmother actually bought the laptop when was working in a office building but when she gave me the laptop,she had already resign the job and i bring it to the laptop shop and they say the total repair cost will be around 250 SGD to 300 SGD

I know if You read this,You will ask why now then i post.Reason is because yesterday i was told from my best friend and he told me to try this website.

i really hope i can get this laptop repaired as i don't want to waste my grandmother effort just to get this laptop and turn in to rubbish .The repair cost of this laptop is quite high for me
