requirement of Funding for IT firm

I'm from Kolkata, India. I've completed my Diploma in Electronics & Telecommunication Engineering as well as I've also completed my MCA(Master in Computer Application). I 'm running an IT firm from the last 6 years. We're dealing with Web Hosting, Website Designing, Software Development, Android Apps Development, Digital Marketing etc. The things were going smoothly for the last 4 years after starting the business. But from the last 2 years the situation is totally out of my hand and I'm in an extremely bad condition. The situation I'm facing at this moment due to 2-3 of my employee. They had not only left my company but took most of the valuable client from us. After that I've shifted my company to a small place and I'm struggling at this moment with 1 employee only. I've approached to my friends also for loan. But they can bear a very little amount. I can't fulfill my dream with those amount. I need the fund as I've some resource to get project from India and Overseas. But to complete the project within said timings and with good quality I need a good office with qualified and experienced staff. Without proper funding it's totally impossible. I'll also start IT education(Both Online & Offline) after getting the fund with my IT business. In India IT education has a wide market as well as I want to start it also in overseas. Suggestion regarding the overseas IT education is also welcome.
