require urgent help to make our family stable

First of all i  thank you very much for your site. With regard to that as i had mention for the charity for personal health/ children education and for to start music institute  is as follows in breif ...............is on behalf of my wife sajida baig. Personal health - My self am Aq baig age of 50 and my spouse is 40 am professionally singer, music composer and music teacher. My wife Sajida Baig had worked as a in-charge of a operation  theater in hospitals  .We are having 2 kids 1 son age 18 and daughter is 11 years  i  had worked with many musical personalities in bollywood and tollywood as side assistant and as musician, even my wife has also worked with some hospitals as a OT in-charge . My self and my wife both had worked in our life very hard, and score a good kind of earning But as you may aware of  today's cost of leaving is so high we are unable match to our routine expenses as how much we tried Moreover i am the head of my family i was having responsbilty of my younger brother and my mother , yonger brother was batteling life with brain tumor disease , and mother was a kidney patients But the time when they were their which has been happen in the year from 2013 to 2014 we had spend huge expenses for their treatment . finally the tratment has gone more than our income capacity in that we had not even seen our savings to spend on their treatments , but the result they are no more . Now my hands are totally empty and day to day basiss i am sustaining with lack of single rupee which has effecting to my mind consciousnes and iam losing my health were im feeling iam sick even the same my wife also facing and suffering knee ligament problem which can cure with surgery . and moreover we don't have any funds for medical checkup or further treatment. - my elder son is 18 he is going to appear in exam for 12th finale year this month and i m not having single penny for his hall ticket and books for M P C subject. my daughter in 5th both are at home past 1 year.Due to no income i m unable to pay feeses for them. -I have to say you I m a musician from past generation being as music teacher,i want to start a music and fine art training institute near my residence in Guntur Andhra Pradesh India. for all age groupe spacially for poor and physically chalanged kids. where i have to purchaze some instruments and other materials to establish some retail business also for my regular source of income. Now you  please feel free to ask or your kind advice for any thing I'll except as my best for our long and healthy relation .
