replace stolen tools

well let's see I'm not sure where to start I have always worked my whole life work got slow in Arizona so I left the family there and I moved to Oregon to try to work so I can support my family the fiance had to have surgery I left my truck here caught a plane back for her surgery when I came back somebody had broken into the toolbox on my truck and took every single tool I owned taking away my ability to work and my insurance refuses to do anything about it so that leaves me with no tools I have not been able to work in three weeks cuz I do not have the money to replace themso this was my last option to try to get some help to replace my tools so I can work and support my family once again right now it has been 3 weeks since I have been able to work the place here in Oregon refuse to do anything no money to eat put gas in the truck nothing so I am asking for any help alls I can really offer if I do get what I am asking for is my never ending gratitude and appreciation for the help when times were good I'd help other people out now I guess it's on the other hand what I'm asking for help thank you very much and I will most definitely pay it forward
