replace fire damage

Seven years ago my home burnt to the ground.  Lost everything while we now have a small trailer to live in I have for this amount of time not had a working stove,frig. I had finally saved up enough money to get something and my Kitty who we got after the house went up in flames (my 2 other cats passed away from the fire), got very very sick. We almost lost him so I used the money i had saved to get my Kitty well. Kitty now cost's 100.00 a month to keep him well. I just don't know where to turn. Any help would be greatful.
