Repair old one or newer dream car :)

Hello World,

To explain my situation first, curently i am working on two jobs and in my country there is no way to find third unfortunaly, paying loan for my apartment and my wife is pregnant so she cant work, my dream is to repair or buy newer used car, but curently this may happen in 2030 :D, so this is the to try my luck :), there are two targets first one to repair full my car and that is around 3000$ or to buy newer used car around 15.000$. So thank You for reading and i hope that this will work, sorry for my bad english language.
