Repair grandma’s burned down house

Jan. 1, 2020 in Manila City, a fire broke out in my grandma's neighborhood and hers was one of the houses that burned down. As a result, she and my cousin lived with us in the province for a couple of months until my dad could no longer provide for them. So they moved back in and currently they're living in what's left from the fire. My mom and uncle are fixing the place up little by little but there's just so much to fix. Just recently did I get a chance to visit 'cause of Covid and well, the inadequate sleeping (and moving) space. My first night there, I wasn't even able to sleep because I was bombarded by roaches and bed bugs. Even before the fire, the house was already shit and I couldn't believe it can get much worse. I'm still a college student and can't do much about it. Even with my past jobs, I alone won't be able to put enough money in to repair the house. So I'm hoping anyone could help me. Any amount will go a long way.
