Possible Breast Cancer, No fund to get through month

Hi there My name is Blanche.

I am a 25 year old female from South Africa .

I am currently going through a very rough patch. I am frightened to death that I might have breast cancer. I have a lump on my right breast the sizes of half a golf ball. I do not have funds to go see a doctor so that they can take a scan. I feel Nauseous everyday of my life. I'm constantly a nervous wreck.

I've just started a new Job. I work Mondays to Friday's. I've gone to a public hospital but no luck. In South Africa the public institutions service is terrible.

Please please Could somebody be so kind to help me see a doctor before it is too late. My family needs me, they won't cope without me. On top of having this problem I've got no funds to get through the month. To get to work, to eat ect.
